Iris Duka Kramar is a senior consultant at Alpheus Public Affairs with over 10 years of experience in both agency and corporate environments within the PR and PA sectors. After earning her degree in Political Science from the Faculty of Political Sciences in Zagreb, she began her career in 2013 as a trainee at the Manjgura PR agency. Following two years of gaining experience in politics, strategic investments, and crisis communication, she joined the Corporate Communications Department at Hrvatski Telekom. There, she contributed to shaping the company’s communication strategies during key strategic initiatives such as user migration, pricing adjustments, the takeover of Optima Telekom, and the acquisition of Crnogorski Telekom. In 2020, after five years in the corporate sector with a focus on ICT topics, she returned to the dynamic agency environment of Val Grupa as part of Alpheus Public Affairs. In this role, she specializes in crisis communication, strategic investments, and public affairs, providing strategic guidance for navigating high-stakes communication scenarios and contributing to policy-related initiatives. After four years, Iris assumed the role of team lead—a position that, beyond managing daily operations, involves leading the development of a team of highly qualified experts and strengthening Alpheus’s market position.
